CNC PROGRAMMING : Offline CNC Programming capabilities using Edgecam software.
Drawings can be accepted in all common formats

4 CNC LATHES : Max Capacity 250 dia x 1000 between centres, Takisawa, DSG,
Cincinnati, Harrison.

MILLING: Vertical, Horizontal and Universal Slotting facility.
Max capacity 1000 x 350 x 470

TURNING: Precision Centre Lathes from Hardinge HLV-H to DSG 350 swing x 1200
between centres.

GRINDING: Cylindrical Internal & External, with temperature controlled environment.
Also surface, tool & cutter grinding facilities.

FINISHING: Lapping & Diamond Polishing machines.

ASSEMBLY (2000sq ft): Drilling & Tapping machines. Engraving, Electro-mechanical
assembly area with Clean Room availability.

INSPECTION: Calibrated, comprehensive facility including 3 axis CMM,
Roundness tester & Shadowgraph.

SERVICE: Own transportation for immediate delivery and collection for EDM,
Welding & Sheet metalwork Pope & Meads approved Contractors used.
