CNC/Manual Services:
Using a vast range of CNC milling Stations, ranging from 3 axis Bridgeport VMC400's to 5 axis DMG 80T machines we are capable of coping with a large range of machining requirements. CNC Lathes including Hawk TC-150's and various others are utilised to reduce machining time, which in turn allows us to maintain competitive prices.
A vast range of precision manual Mills and Lathes are also available if required. Grinding services for cylindrical internal and external, surface, tool and cutter. Lapping and Diamond polishing machines are used when high quality finishes are required.
Our on-site assembly department handles a wide variety of products catering for our customers needs. From simple mechanical assembly to technical electro-mechanical assembly using our clean room facilities.
A full turnkey service allows us to maximise our, services by manufacturing your parts and then building it ready for shipping. This allows us to create solid bonds with our customers and create long lasting relationships.

Drawings are checked by our highly experienced engineers, if we then have any questions, we will contact the appropriate persons. Using our calibrated, comprehensive facilities you are sure to receive an excellent service. To continue our service to our customers we only use "Approved" Sub-Contractors for carrying out EDM and Sheet Metal work.
