Assembly
We have a 3000 sq ft assembly facility offering a variety of services. Our engineers are highly skilled, multi-disciplined and can be deployed on a range of jobs. Work can include mechanical assembly, testing of brakes and clutches, wiring looms, specialised soldering techniques, programming PCBs, testing and verification of mechanical and electrical assemblies, specialised bonding techniques, shot blasting and spray painting.
We also have a 500 sq ft cleanroom maintained to BSI ISO class 7 standard, divided into two rooms this enables us to operate equipment at different cleanliness levels. Built on a vibration isolated mezzanine we can perform optical alignment to within 1 micron using our Vision Engineering Hawk Dynascope, with xyz axis measurement and up to 400 times magnification. We also have a helium vacuum leak detector that can test to 10 -10 .
Our range of cleaning plant enables us to clean for high vacuum and medical industries:
- solvent based vapour wash tank
- solvent and aqueous ultrasonic tanks
- alcohol and deionised spot cleaning at 200 times magnification under UV lighting
